LADIES AUXILIARY TO THE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS

Membership Eligibility Requirements for the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW:

Women eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States shall be eligible for dual membership in the Ladies Auxiliary.

Applicants for Membership must be citizens of the United States and not less than sixteen years old.

To be eligible for the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, one must be related to an eligible veteran of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. (Who were in that status prior to or during service rendered) in one of the following ways:

  1. Mother or Stepmother of an eligible veteran.
  2. Wife or Widow of an eligible veteran.
  3. Sister, Stepsister or Half-Sister of an eligible veteran.
  4. Grandmother of an eligible veteran.
  5. Daughter, Foster-Daughter or Stepdaughter of an eligible veteran.
  6. Granddaughter,or Foster-Mother or Foster-Sister of an eligible veteran.

Our Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 PM in the VFW Post Located at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and South Avenue next to the hospital parking lot.
