Welcome to VFW Post 2692's Rental Hall / Conference Room. Whether you're planning a Wedding Reception, Wedding Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Anniversary Party, Family Celebration, Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Family or Class Reunions, or any special event... we can help you.

Our Spacious 60' by 32' Air Conditioned Hall provides Comfortable Reception space for Seating up to 150 guests with a configuration for a Dance Area. If a Dance Area is not required the Reception space for Seating can then acomidate for up to 180 guests

The Hall Rental fee is $300.00 during normal Post business operating hours. The rental fee must be paid in full prior to booking your event in our rental calendar.

NO DEPOSITS ACCEPTED.
Full payment is required to reserve the date in our booking calendar. If you cancel the event 20 days prior to the reserved date, a $50.00 booking fee will assesed and will be deducted from the amount paid for the event. All refunds will be paid by check, not cash.

The Hall Rental includes;
Private Entrance to The Hall.
Separate Bathroom Facilities in the Hall for your guests.
A Stage, if requested, for a DJ or a Band.
Setup and use of tables and chairs in any configuration chosen well in advance.

The Kitchen Facilities can be rented for an additional fee of $50.00.
A deposit of $100.00 is required for the kitchen rental which includes the rental fee of $50.00 and a cleaning deposit of $50.00. After the kitchen is inspected and approved as cleaned, your $50.00 cleaning deposit check will be mailed.

Due to State Laws, Liquor, Wine, and or Beer cannot be brought into the hall,

You may use our bar services and purchase Liquor and or Beer in the Hall.

For any event having more than 49 people in attendance an Additional Bartender must be booked for an additional fee of $40.00.

The Ladies Auxiliary may be available to Cater your event.
